Friends of The Edgefield Library Meeting In-Person
The Friends of the Edgefield County Public Library meet on the third Thursday of each month from September through June at 5pm in the meeting room of the library. This group is made up of volunteers and is open to anyone who is interested in supporting the library. The Friends are advocates for the library, raise funds to support library programming, purchase materials, and to make improvements to the library building. In the past, this has included purchasing and installing the sliding entrance doors and the large exterior sign. Without this group of volunteers, the Edgefield County Public Library would not be what it is today.
